An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order; contract formation occurs when your parcel is scanned and dispatched by our UK fulfillment courier. All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP £) and include standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
2. UK Delivery & Shipping
We dispatch orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and DPD courier services from our domestic UK warehouse. Standard delivery times are 2 to 4 working days from order dispatch. Tracking numbers are transmitted via email automatically.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Statutory Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days of receiving goods. We proudly extend this protection to a full 30-day trial period:

4. 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every Heatoor appliance includes a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under standard domestic operating conditions. The warranty does not cover commercial misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or accidental physical damage.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
